Greetings from New Orleans.
Great news - the deal is signed. By this time next year, we should have 4 Starbucks up and running in the French Quarter. There's a few local joints to deal with, but nothing major. The biggest challenge will be the Jackson Square location just opposite Cafe Du Monde. If all goes well, we'll be in a position to take over their lease in 3-4 years.
Getting on a plane to Seattle tomorrow.
