Elementary school is a place where most kids focus on reading, writing, and simply enjoying their innocence. For 11-year-old Jordan Brown of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, school seems far away. Brown is locked up in an adult facility charged with criminal homicide. Apparently Brown shot his stepmother, who was nine months pregnant, with a 20 gauge gun, which was given to him as a Christmas present from his dad.
