The co-founder of one of the most popular social networking sites, Twitter, is promoting his newest invention, Square. Jack Dorsey’s creation is a tiny device that attaches to your headphone jack on your iPod Touch or iPhone. It allows users to swipe their credit or debit card to purchase whatever goods or services they desire. This fancy little gadget can be found only at participating business—so it's still making the rounds.

The Square is environmentally friendly. People have the option to receive their receipts via text message or via email, no no more paper receipts. Using this system comes with benefits. Users will be able to visually confirm the card user through photo verification. If you are a frequent user at a place where Square is used, square will notify the company and you could receive a free gift. Best of all, Square will donate a penny of every user transaction to a cause or organization of your choosing.
