Bad Movies Based on Great Books

Many movies based on books have been made in the last 9 almost 10 years. Some good, some bad. I'm here to give you my opinion on the worst must-not-see movies of the 21st century.

5. The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2. These were some of my favorite books of all time. The last three books are all combined into the second movie. The movie was your averege cute Hollywood romance, but it did an awful job of showing the real story of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. The movie is a disapointment after reading the books, but I suppose if you hadn't read the books, it's bearable.

4. The Golden Compass. This movie, I will admit, had some great graphics. I loved all the scenes and how it was told in the movie. If I haden't read the book, it would have been alright. But they skipped so much of the book that should have been in the movie, that yet again I was disappointed.

3. The Clique. This book was your averege teenage girl fun read, but it should have never been made into a movie. It was a waste of money that they should have put into the two movies above.

2. Confessions of a Shopaholic. I went to see this movie in theaters and was so angry that I had just wasted 10 dollars on it. The book was another feel-good romance that gave girls growing up a lesson on money keeping but the movie was just so very very pointless. I say download this one for free offline if your ever sick at home and have nothing better to do.

1. Twilight Saga - New Moon. Now, the Twilight Series are some of my favorite books. This movie was a waste of money, a waste of time, and a waste of acting. The point of the books is to make you fall in love with Edward and Bella, not Jacob and Bella. But I must sadly admit, that almost every main character except  for Jacob was not cast well. The movie Twilight is bad, but New  Moon is by far the worst movie made from a book that I've seen this year.

A final word: Remember to wait for video and DVD to watch these movies or at the very least, ask yourself if you even really need to watch them at all.

One of this books, I already

One of this books, I already read very nice story..

Terrible Article

You obviously have a very small range of reading experience outside of a few decent, but mostly sub-par main stream titles. The fact you actually considered the Twilight Saga anything more then piece of forgettable and poorly written soft core teen girl porn proves your lack of taste. Might I suggest you read some actual novels before you attempt to actually write a review.
