Fitness: The Ultimate Game

17 year old Taylor LeBaron of Georgia has written an exercise book that treats weight loss like a video game. The teen dropped 150 pounds in 18 months using strategies he based on his love of video games. The Today Show had LeBaron on as a guest this week to promote his book "Cutting Myself in Half: 150 Pounds Lost One Byte at a Time". In the book LeBaron outlines his "Ultimate Fitness Game", where calories become cash and various challenges earn him points.
