On average about 32% of Americans recycle and we have 304,059,724 people living in America. On the brighter side most of Americans have jumped on board to making America more green. So far we have conserved energy, recycled and cut back on cutting down some many trees by recycling. Im a huge believer that if your not in a room you could turn off a light, if your cellphone's done charging unplug it from the wall outlet. These are just some easy tips to follow making America an Environmentally Beautiful place!

Tips For Changing The Environment

1- Instead of buying regular old light bulbs buy Compact Florescent Bulbs

2. Don't Rinse before you are going to put your dishes in the dishwasher on average you will save 15 gallons of water per load.

3. Turn off your Computers at night- Save energy and save 4 cents more per day which totals to 14.00 less a year( You could by dinner with that money:)

4. No Bottled Water!- Use a Kleen Kanteen water bottle or a reusable water bottle. Plastic water bottles are usually not recycled and end up in landfills and you will be saving money too!

5. Don't Preheat your Oven- Instead just put the dish in the oven while it is warming up.

6. Plant a tree- Its good for the environment and keeps the air fresh and keep you cool!

7. Walk or Ride your bike when you can- Its great way to stay fit and you will be saving a lot of money, also its better for the environment.

8.Wash Laundry in a cold rinse instead of Hot.

9. Drive the speed limit, and combine all your errands for the week in one trip.

10. Collect rainwater, and use it to water your houseplants and garden.
