If you ever see me you will notice that I’m always wearing a hat, and not just any hat, I’m always wearing a snapback starter hat. For those who don’t know a snapback hat is a hat with the plastic strap on the back that is adjustable to fit anyone’s head. Snapbacks became popular in the 1980s and early 90s, they had logos ranging from NBA teams, NFL teams, NHL teams and collegiate sports teams.

My favorite snapback hat is my white Atlanta falcon’s hat with the green under brim pulled up. Today these hats are considered vintage and very rare because they are no longer being made. Most people today wear new era fitted hats that are unique. Even I used to wear fitted hats however, I always loved the early 90s era and the fashion from that era. I practically go on a journey just to find these hats in the city or online. Snapbacks aren’t just hats; to me it is a lifestyle because these hats represent an era which I really love.
