The SouthWest Organizing Project is excited to announce they are hiring a contract position for an Academic Coordinator to work with high school youth. This position will focus on getting youth academically prepared for college and navigating the processes involved with getting into college. SWOP is also looking for volunteers to tutor youth at after school homework hours at their office in Albuquerque New Mexico. They have Homework Support on Mondays from 4pm-7pm and Thursdays from 5pm-8pm. Any youth are welcome! They would really appreciate any teachers, college students and community members who can dedicate time to help their students with their homework.
