John Grubb is a spokesman for Repair California, a political action committee whose members and employees are currently out collecting signatures for a pair of ballot measures that could change California politics forever.  Repair California was founded as a movement to help push for a constitutional convention in California in an effort to reform the State from poor governing. Their headquarters are currently located in downtown San Francisco.

Repair California's proposed ballot measures call for a limited state Constitutional Convention. The first proposal would make it legal for voters call for a state Constitutional Convention, while the second proposal makes that call.  In our interview Grubb explains WHY two ballot measures are needed instead of one, and gets into the nitty gritty details of how the proposed Constitutional Convention would be comprised of a diverse cross-section of Californians.
