We are posting the documents we have received that pertain to the story of Joseph Christopher Rocha, the investigations into allegations of abuse, Joseph's military record and the voluntary statement he made regarding his sexuality that ended his career under "Don't Ask, Don't Tell".

The following was obtained under a Freedom of Information request.
