To Sleep a Living Dream

 Sleep what
is it?
Are you alive because you are breathing?
While sleep and dreaming are you conscious?
Are you living in this reality still?
Because here you are still breathing.
Does this reality connect to other realities?
Is it possible?
Sometimes people die in their sleep,
How many die in their dreams?
Does that death dream last forever?
What exactly is oblivion?
If dreams come true then is it possible to
Live in your dreams too?
To become a part of that dream world?
Sometimes I am afraid to sleep,
Other times I want to sleep.
Daydreaming: is that just an alternate state of reality?
And if so then somewhere down the line
The dream world and this reality intertwine mingle
And become one in the same.
Sleep and dreaming alive and awake-
Is there a difference?
Are you really here right now?
Could this be your true reality?
Maybe it is a dream state or even a
Figment of your imagination...
Reality is what you make it.
