What Makes a Good Friend?
"A good friend is someone who would try to keep you out of trouble, not get you into it."
By Joshua Grubbs
A friend is someone you can count on and relate to, someone who can be by your side when things go wrong. A friend understands you when no one else does; he can help, support and be there when no one else is. You can tell him or her almost anything or they can do the same. You feel comfortable, accepted and appreciated as who you are.
A good friend is someone who would try to keep you out of trouble, not get you into it. A good friend gives you great information when you need it the most. A real friend likes you for who you are and not what you have.
When you’re mad, he’ll make you happy and when you’re lonely, he’ll be there. A friend is a person who will be there to answer their phone when you call. They’ll respect your decision if you want to be touched, and won’t pick on you to do something you don’t want to do.
